Using scan-based processes and our Warehouse Management System, products are logged, verified and allocated to the correct storage location efficiently. This provides full visibility of inventory while ensuring any discrepancies, quality issues or documentation requirements are identified quickly.

Beyond the physical receipt of goods, Lemonpath provides value-added inbound services designed to protect product quality and maintain full traceability.

Our teams carry out detailed checks during the goods-in process to ensure products meet the required specifications and arrive in the expected condition. Through structured inspection processes and system-based controls, we record batch codes, expiry or best-before dates and monitor supplier compliance.

Where discrepancies occur, our supplier non-conformance process allows issues to be recorded, reported and resolved quickly, giving clients full visibility and control over inbound product quality

  3. Barcode labelling applied on inbound for full item traceability through our WMS

  5. BBE / expiry date recording where applicable for regulated or time-sensitive products

  7. Quarantine and hold areas for damaged, non-conforming or inspection stock

Real-time reporting & visibility
